 Return and Exchange Policy:

 Semper Fi Enterprises is proud of the quality and workmanship of our products.

 Your order is guaranteed to be correct and in accordance with the appropriate

 regulations of your service. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact

 our customer service department within 30 Days of receipt of your order. If you

 have special issues please contact our customer service department. Payments

 made by credit and check debit cards must be refunded to the card on which

 the original transaction was billed. Payments made by cash, money order or

 check will be refunded by company check. 

 

Privacy and Security Policy:

Semper Fi Enterprises will never sell or transfer your personal or order information

to another party, individual or business.  Your order information is retained by

Semper Fi Enterprises to assist in future transactions. Payment information such

as credit card and checking account numbers are not retained after an order has

been completed and shipped. Payment processing is completed through a Secure

Socket Layer Encryption gateway. Semper Fi Enterprises reserves the right to

release personal information to Government or Law Enforcement Agencies in

accordance with the Stolen Valor Act or any illegal activity.

Q: How do I send you my medals for remounting?

A: Sending your medals for remounting is simple. Simply print the "Remount Order

Form" that is located in the "Order" section of this site. Please fill it out completely

to ensure we have a record of your complete set. You may indicate which medals

are new and which are remounts. Send the completed form along with medals.

The address to send your medal is located on the upper right corner of the order

form. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail, to ensure fast delivery. We usually

will remount your medals the same day we receive them and send them back. The

current turn-around-time is indicated on our home web page.

 

 

Q: How fast can I get my medal or ribbons?

 

A: Our turn around time is located on our home page. With the exception of the

Marine Corps Ball Season (October 1 - November 30) it usually takes 18 hours or

less to complete your order. Typically, an order received before 1200 noon will ship

that day. If you urgently need medals, ribbons and accessories please give us a

call. The shipping method used will determine when you receive your order.

 

Q: What is the total for my order?

 

A: Our web site is not a typical "Shopping Cart." Due to the complex and custom

nature of your award set, we have found it is better to insert human judgment

before processing your order. A Semper Fi Enterprises order specialist will review

your order before your credit card is charged. Please contact our customer

service department for questions regarding your order.

 

Q: Do I have an Order Number?

 

A: Yes. But we only use it for internal tracking. If you need to contact us, just give

us your name and the date you placed the order and we will respond to you

personally. If you send us an e-mail message, please include your name in the

message.

 

Q:  Do you mount medals and ribbons for all services?

 

A: Yes. We stock the complete line of all authorized U.S. and Foreign awards for

the Marines, Navy, Coast Guard, Army and Air Force. We do not stock State

National Guard awards but can order them.

 

Q:  Do you sell medals to retired, reserve and civilians?

 

A: Yes, most medals are not restricted for purchase by civilians, especially

family members. We are happy to help non-military citizens honor military

family members. We do not sell medals to wear as costume jewelry or be used

in a way that would dishonor the award. High Order Personal Decorations such

as the Navy Cross, and Silver Star are verified before they are provided.

Medal of Honor Ribbons are only supplied to recipients and immediate family

members as listed on the National Medal of Honor Association Web Site.

 

Q: Do you use "Real" Medals?

 

A: Our medals and ribbons are manufactured in strict accordance with Department of Defense Specifications. They are manufactured using a detailed process of quality control and inspection and are the best quality possible. All U.S. awards are manufactured in the United States to the Institute of Heraldry's Requirements. Foreign Awards are also of the best quality possible, but may be made in the country of origin or that county's designated supplier.
